Tier 1 — Pre-Arrival

Before You Fly.

Every essential UK setup handled remotely — so you arrive ready to live, not lost in paperwork.

Moving to the UK means navigating a maze of admin — from setting up a bank account and registering with the NHS to organising your National Insurance number and council tax exemption. Most students arrive and spend their first weeks buried in paperwork instead of settling in. Our Before You Fly package eliminates that stress entirely. We handle every essential setup remotely so that when you land, your UK life is already running. Your SIM card is ready, your bank account is open, your GP is registered, and your transport is sorted. You arrive as a resident, not a tourist.

Frequently Asked Questions

How early before my flight should I start?

We recommend starting at least 4–6 weeks before your departure. Some processes like GP registration and bank account setup can take time due to verification, so the earlier the better.

Can you set up a UK bank account if I'm not yet in the country?

Yes. We set up digital-first bank accounts (Monzo or Revolut) that can be opened remotely with your passport. These are fully functional UK bank accounts with a sort code and account number.

What if my university isn't in London?

We support students at universities across the UK — Cambridge, Oxford, Edinburgh, Manchester, Bristol, and more. The admin setup process is the same regardless of city.

Do I need to provide any documents?

You'll need a valid passport, your university offer letter or CAS, and your UK accommodation address (even a temporary one). We'll guide you through exactly what's needed.
